LE CROYTON PLAGE is adjacent to residential and non-residential buildings. The buildings that are visible from the beach are a blend of period and modern properties and very attractive. The sand is very fine and white. The beach is very clean. The seawater is greenish-blue and is fairly clear. The water is clean. LE CROYTON PLAGE is a continuous beach which is also quite wide. The beach is very flat. The beach is easily accessible. There is good parking near the beach.
